Frequently asked questions about pricing

Is the hardware included in the subscription?

No. You buy the counter once. You pay the subscription per counter per month for the service around it: hosting of your counting data, the dashboard and app, updates and maintenance, and support.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. The subscription runs monthly and you're not tied to anything. The hardware remains yours.

What happens if I add a counter?

You automatically move up the volume tiers. The more counters, the lower the amount per counter.

Do the prices include VAT?

No, all amounts shown exclude VAT. For the 3D Counter, installation is added on top.

I'm a reseller: where can I see my purchase prices?

Log in with your reseller account. After logging in you'll automatically see your own purchase prices and tiers.

Can I check first whether it works?

Certainly. Request a demo or start with Lite on one counter. Then you'll see for yourself what the figures bring you.
