Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you have locations elsewhere, please get in touch — more is possible by arrangement.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free.

Delivery time

Orders received on business days before 15:00 (CET) are usually shipped the same day. Delivery in the Netherlands then typically takes one business day, and two in Belgium. If a counter is out of stock, you'll hear within one business day when we can deliver.

Larger rollouts

For orders of ten or more counters, we coordinate delivery with you so that the devices arrive when it suits you, and not before. For deliveries to multiple addresses, we draw up a separate schedule.

Receipt and risk

Risk passes at the moment the shipment is delivered to the specified address. Check the packaging on receipt and report damage within five business days so that we can raise it with the carrier.

Track and trace

As soon as your order leaves our premises, you'll receive an email with the shipping confirmation and the tracking number.

Installation

You install the WiFi and 4G counters yourself; the manual is in the box and on the support page. For the 3D counter or a rollout across multiple locations, we can take care of installation. Request a quote for this.
